We process data to provide the app, show events, send push notifications you request, and give agreed administrators access to publishing tools in the app.
You do not need a user account to read events in the app. Sign-in is only for agreed administrative functions.
The app may use Firebase and related Google services for database, administrator authentication, messaging and more. Data may be stored and processed by Google in accordance with their terms and privacy. Read more from Google about Firebase and privacy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
The public website may use Google Analytics 4 for aggregated visit statistics (for example which pages are viewed). Google may use cookies or similar technologies in line with Google’s privacy policy. We do not use this for third-party ad profiling on the website.
The Perleporten app does not use your data for third-party advertising, marketing profiling or tracking across other apps and services.
If you add an event to your calendar from the app, this happens through features on your device (Apple Calendar). We do not store the contents of your personal calendar on our servers.
Processing is based on legitimate interest in running the cultural centre’s digital services, contract where relevant, and where required — consent (for example for push notifications where necessary). Data is not kept longer than necessary for the purposes above, unless longer retention is required by law.
You may have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Contact us at the address above for privacy enquiries.
