This page is the support page for the Perleporten app on the App Store.

The Perleporten app shows events from Perleporten Kulturhus, lets you choose notifications, share events and add them to your calendar.

Frequently asked questions

I’m not getting notifications: First check that notifications are allowed for Perleporten in iPhone Settings. Then open “Notification settings” in the app and choose which events you want to hear about.
I can’t add an event to my calendar: The app needs access to the calendar on your device. You can change this in iPhone Settings under Privacy & Calendars.
I can’t sign in as administrator: Admin features are only available to agreed users. Make sure you use the correct email and that your account is enabled for administration.
I don’t see new events: The app needs internet access to fetch the latest programme. Try again after a few seconds if the connection is unstable.
